Shipping Policy

Carriers: We ship sneakers via DPD, UPS and PostNL.

Tracking: Each package is provided with a tracking code. So you are always informed!

Processing time:

24-Hour Express: Order before 3:00 PM? Then we process your package within 24 hours on working days. Delivery time from the moment of processing varies by country.

Standard: The standard processing time is 5-10 working days. It may take a bit longer during busy periods, but we always keep you updated.
Warehouse: We have two warehouses, one located in the center of The Hague and the other in Naples, Italy.
